My mom needs to have this discipline about her wardrobe. She’s quite the fashionista compared to my very minimalist wardrobe. Problem is that she has so much clutter now and I can’t make her dispose most of it. Her closet is too filled already with clothes she can’t even wear anymore. I always see a lot of people layer down clothes or fold them in such a way that it would seem like it’s a new dress or top, but for some reason, it doesn’t work for me. It looks very lousy and it would fall apart within the day. I sometimes have a hard time folding it or tucking it back to how it was whenever I would take a bathroom break. It’s such a hassle! I think it only works for certain types of clothing because others can really be a pain to recreate. My co-worker does the same and I can’t even do the same.

I must admit that going to work is already tiring as it is and having to spend hours trying to choose what officewear to use isn’t something that I want to do anymore. I have about 10 pairs of clothing that I just juggle around for the entire week and I started caring very little about being fashionable or fashionably updated. It’s not like I come to the office for a runway show. I could care less about how I use my clothes repeatedly as long as I look clean and professional.
